My husband, Kevin, and I have three young adult children and two unofficially adopted ones.  Li, our youngest, will be joining us in Grayling. Our son Andrew has recently started a new job in Traverse City, and our son Wesley and his wife are establishing life in Australia.  Edris (from Afghanistan) and his wife are working in Traverse City. Lorena (from Brazil) is studying in Seoul, South Korea. My mom now lives in Normal, Illinois.

I appreciate and have been a part of United Methodist Women, now United Women in Faith, since I was born.  I love children and youth and advocating for ministries and missions that serve them and meet their needs.  I know sign language.  I love music. I play the flute and piano, a bit of banjo, and enjoy singing; all enough to have fun, none very well!!  I enjoy crafting and writing letters.  I enjoy bike riding and outdoor adventures.

We also come with Mango, a Bernedoodle born in February 2022 who joined our family in May of 2022.
